Level 2 - Development Coach Course – In-person workshops (covering all modules)

 

Archery GB’s Development Coach course prepares learners to deliver engaging sessions for beginners, including design and delivery of a beginner’s course.

 

The course consists of the following modules and will be delivered as in-person training events.  Completion of all modules is required to complete the course.

All timings:   9am-5pm (each day)

Saturday, 13 May 2023 - Archery Technique – Drills & Skills

Sunday, 14 May 2023 - Coaching Technique – Practice

Saturday, 20 May 2023 - Compound Selection Set-up and Tuning

Saturday, 24 June 2023 - Recurve Selection Set-up and Tuning

Saturday, 9 September 2023 - Coaching Journey Presentation

 

Cost:   £480 per person

What you need to attend:  It is important that anyone attending the course has basic experience of taking part in archery (i.e. beyond a beginner level).  There will be approximately 12-16 learners in attendance, thereby creating a personalised learning experience and providing opportunities for you to interact with the course deliverer and the rest of the group.
