The Role of the Development Coach is an on-line module delivered over a one hour session.

About the module: This short module is an introduction to the Development Coach Course. The session will explain what the role of a development coach is, which modules you need to complete, what work you need to do, and help you understand what is needed to complete the Coach Presentation day. Once you have registered for the Development Coach Course, you will have 2 years to complete the modules and the course requirements, allowing you to work at your own pace.

What you need to attend: It is important that anyone attending the course has basic experience of taking part in archery (i.e. beyond a beginner level). There will be approximately 16 learners in attendance, thereby creating a personalised learning experience and providing opportunities for you to interact with the course deliverer and the rest of the group.
