| Entry Fees: Seniors £16 Juniors £10 Entries will only be accepted on receipt of payment made in advance. Payments will only be accepted via Bank Transfer or other agreed electronic method. |

| Event Timings: Registration: 09.30am Equipment Inspection: 10.00am Sighters: 10.30am Current Archery GB membership card must be produced on registration. |
| Shooting: All compound archers are to shoot on a 5-spot Worcester face. |
| Individual Awards: Trophies and/or medals will be awarded for the Double Round in the divisions of: Recurve, Compound and Longbow. Archer categories will be: Senior Lady, Senior Gent, Junior Lady and Junior Gent. |
| Team Awards: There are two Team Trophies: Compound and Recurve. Teams are made up of three archers from one club and must include at least one lady or junior. |
| Refreshments: Hot and cold drinks will be available as well as a selection of cakes. |
| Photography: In the view of provisions of the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who with to take photographs at this event are required to register on arrival with the Tournament Organiser. |
| Dress Code: Archery GB dress regulations will apply (Rule 307) and will be enforced. |
