Registration

Registration will be open from 09.00am. Archery GB Membership cards will be required for booking in. If you are not yet in possession of a valid card, please bring proof that you have paid your membership to your club. Equipment checks to take place prior to assembly.

Event Timings

Registration from 9.00am with Sighters starting at 11.00am.

Seniors: £12  Juniors: £8

Car Parking

Car parking is available on site but is limited. Additional car parking to be confirmed based on the number of entries.

Shooting Rules

The tournament will be shot to the Archery GB rules in force at the time of the event.

Dress Code

Please refer to Archery GB’s rules of shooting for dress regulations (rule 307 will apply).

Photography

In line with Archery GB policy, due to safeguarding, anyone wishing to take video or photographs during the event must register their details with the tournament organiser. If parents/carers have any concerns about their child/young person being photographed or filmed, they should notify the organisers/Our child safeguarding officer. The organisers reserve the right to decline entry to any person unable to meet or abide by these conditions.

Refreshments

There will be a free buffet at the end of the shoot.  Anyone with dietary requirements please let me know well in advance.  The Lichfield Archers club building will be open, and you may use this to make yourself hot drinks.

Targets

Danage Domino and other foam bosses will be used for all Classes. Straw will be used as a last resort.

Please note, full carbon arrows are allowed.

Special Note

Please ensure that the organiser is aware of any special requirements you may have. Archers who are unable to get to the target are requested, if possible, to arrange for an agent to aid in scoring and arrow collection. If this is not possible, please contact the organiser for advice.

GDPR

When you enter competitions / shoots, the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bowstyle, Date of Birth/Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info. Target lists, results and other instructions will be available via the Lichfield Archers website (lichfieldarchers.com) and via email.

Closing Date

7 days prior to competition date, or when the shoot is full. Payment will be expected for all entries submitted. All refunds will be at the discretion of the Tournament Organiser, but NONE will be made after the closing date. A target list and results will be published on the Club website and via email after the closing date and competition as appropriate.
