About the Event

Please refer to the prospectus in the entry files for detailed information about the event 

Refunds:

1. If you cancel your place up to and including 28 days before the event you will get 80% of the event entry fee.
   
2. If you cancel your place after the 28 day deadline there will be no refund.
   
3. All refunds are administered 5 working days after the completion of the event.

Photography:

Photographs and Videos will be taken during the event, If you don't wish to have your photograph/video taken at the event, please advise the tournament organiser on the day, or before on competitions@archerygb.org.

Important information about the event

•         Archers will not shoot all day
•         Not all archers will win a space in the finals on the orangery
  
•         Some archers might have more matches than others due to the number of entries in a category
•         All archers will be given opportunities to shoot additional matches if they haven’t made it to the next round
•         Age groups and genders will be mixed if there are not more than 8 in a division 14 days prior to the competition.
•         Barebows will be be Mixed for for team and Mixed Team Matches with Recurve Under 15 Archers do not allow for a competitive environment.
