GNAS dress regulations apply (rule 307). County membership will be prechecked via sport80 . Non county archers will be checked at signing in.

Please note we operate a strict policy of 6 arrows ONLY in your quiver at all times as we hire a multi-use field. We thank you for your cooperation.

Entry Fees

£15 per archer

If three SCAYT events have been completed, then a £10
refund on the entry fee can be claimed.  

To claim the refund please email  scayt.organiser@scasarchery.org.uk stating the name of the archer claiming the refund, the age-gender-bow class they are shooting in, and the names of the events they have attended. Emails claiming refunds must be received by Friday 4th October 2024, applications for refunds received after that date will not be accepted.

Entry to the SCAS Junior Championships is open to all juniors within SCAS - participation in SCAYT is not a prerequisite.

Awards

All medals will be awarded subject to entry. Medals will be awarded for the SCAS Junior Championships shot on the day. Further medals will be awarded for the final placings of the Youth Tour (after points have been allocated from this event.)

Awards will be presented after the conclusion of shooting.  A raffle will also be held.


Notes

If using a wheelchair or stool, please contact the organiser and confirm whether you wish to remain on the shooting line.

Photographers must register with the organiser on the day. No photographs may be taken without the permission of the organisers.

GDPR: When you enter for this competition(s) the following information may be collected and shared publicly with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors/ Judges for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Age category, Club, County, Region, and Round.
