About the Event

Saturday 21st June 2025 – Oxford Archers ArcheryGB National Tour Leg 3 2025, Recurves: single WA 70m ranking round followed by head-to-head matchplay.
Sunday 22nd June 2025 – Oxford Archers ArcheryGB National Tour Leg 3 2025, Compound and Barebow: single WA 50m ranking round followed by head-to-head matchplay.
Assembly 8.45am, practice starts 9.00am
Rounds: single WA 70m or 50m round, double detail (4 archers per boss) followed by individual H2H
Timings: 3 minutes per end, and standard H2H timings.
Entry fee: £30per archer
Refunds: No refunds after 6 June 2025. Refunds do not include admin fees taken by Sport80 and/or Stripe.
Shooting: The rounds will be shot in accordance with WA Rules of Shooting. Music will be played throughout the day including during shooting.
Practice: There will be 3 ends of practice, starting at 9.00am. Equipment inspection will be carried out before practice.
Catering: Hot and cold drinks, snacks and lunch will be available for purchase. Options will be publicised closer to the event.
Camping: Is allowed on our field. £10 per unit per night, payable at registration. Please let us know if you wish to camp so we can supply you with a camping pass.
Dogs: Welcome, as long as they are well behaved, and you clean up after them.
Photography: If you do not wish images of yourself to be used by Oxford Archers and ArcheryGB in reporting and future promotion of the event please indicate this to the tournament organiser at registration.
Kit shuttle and disabled access: kit shuttles will be available. Vehicular access directly to the field is only available for Blue Badge holders and officials.
COVID-19-safe shooting: We will comply with current AGB guidance. Specific measures and rules for the tournament will be communicated after the closing date to ensure they are up to date.
Special requirements: if you shoot from a stool or chair and require to remain on the shooting line, please notify the tournament organiser when booking your entry. We ask that in these circumstances you provide an agent to assist with scoring and arrow collection; if you cannot provide an agent, please advise us of this at least two weeks before the event so that we can deploy our field crew accordingly.
Rules: ArcheryGB dress rule 307 will apply. Competitors will be liable for drugs testing. Competitors approached to give samples must comply, and any refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry form contains one or more junior entries, the parent or legal guardian of each junior archer must countersign the form to signify consent to the junior being tested if so approached or indicate their consent at the online entry. ArcheryGB membership numbers must be included in the entry, or proof that affiliation fees have been paid will be required before shooting commences. Since this is a playing field in use, all lost arrows must be found. It is the responsibility of each archer to find their own lost arrows.
Oxford Archers and the ORFC, their agents or servants cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused. Entry to the tournament will be taken as acceptance of these conditions.
Data Protection Notice: When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Date of Birth / Age category, Email, Address, Phone number, Club (and ID), County (and ID), Region (and ID), Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
