About the Event
Information
Both days will be WA 24 mixed rounds.

- Entrants must be members of AGB or WA affiliated
- Archers can enter one or both days
- Timings:
- Registration open from 8am, practice butts at the discretion of judges shortly after
- Assembly 9:30am
- Shooting starts after assembly
There are some quite steep slopes around the course so sensible footwear is advised

Awards
Medals will be awarded according to the number of entries: 1 – 3 entries = 1 medal. 4 – 6 entries = 2 medals, 7 or more entries = 3 medals. Juniors: Gold, Silver, Bronze
Junior Entrants
Juniors should shoot with a nominated senior archer as their guardian for the day

Drug Testing
This record status shoot will be liable for drug testing; competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Entries from archers under 18 are considered to be approved by a parent/guardian, signifying their consent to their child being drug tested if approached.
Dog Policy
Due to the deep water and other hazards on site, there are
no dogs permitted.
Photography
In line with the recommendation in the Archery GB Safeguarding Children and Young People Policy, those who wish to take photographs at this event should seek permission before taking and/or publishing photos of others. Cheshire archery association will take pictures of the event, to be published on social media.
Archers can take pictures as long as they don't publish them on social media until after the event.
