PROSPECTUS
Location: Deer Park Archers, Shurdington Road, Cheltenham, GL5 4UD
Round: York - Men
Hereford - Women

Registration: Registration will open at 8.30am.
Event Timings: Assembly 9.00am, followed by 2 ends of sighters. The competition round
will commence immediately after sighters. Equipment inspection will take place during registration and before sighters. There will be a break for lunch and the AGM after the completion of the 1st distance, there will also be a short break after the second distance. The awards ceremony will take place after the completion of the final distance.
Event Format: All rounds to be shot in accordance with Archery GB Rules of Shooting. Arrows will be shot in ends of 6 arrows in 4 minutes. There will be four archers per target. All archers will shoot on full size 122cm faces. The event is a UK record status and Rose awards Event. UK records and Rose awards can be claimed.
Awards: Entry is open to all archers that are members of Archery GB. Separate awards will be made for Members of CSSC and visitors. All members of CSSC who wish to be included in for awards must shoot the York/Hereford round, those members wishing to shoot the 50+ distances will not be eligible for awards but scores can still be submitted for UK records and Rose awards.
All awards will be dependent on entries.
Dress: Please refer to Archery GB Rules of Shooting for the dress regulations.
Drug Testing: Archers competing at record status tournaments may be liable to drug testing. Competitors who are approached to give samples must comply. Non-compliance will be treated as a positive result.
Refreshments: TBC.
Photography: People wishing to take photographs during the tournament must register their details with the Tournament Organiser.
Special Notes: Archers who wish to stay on the line are required to indicate this at the time of entry. Archers unable to get to the target should discuss their requirements with the Tournament Organiser to see what options are available to aid in scoring and arrow collection. It would be appreciated if archers could provide their own agent where possible.

Practice: Because the club can only assemble the field of play on the night before competition there will be NO practice.
Day Tents: There will be no access to the field for tents prior to the day of the competition.
Closing Date: Midnight on 20th August 2025, after which there will be no refunds. ALL refunds will be subject to a £3.00 administrative fee and will not be paid until after the competition.
