Fenland Archery Club
8th Open Worcester Tournament
Rounds: Single and Double Worcester Rounds
Please
note: Archers wishing to shoot with more than one bow type may do so, but only
the first bow type shot will count towards an award.
Assembly: Session A. 9:15am. Session B. 12:15pm. Session C. 3:15pm.
Doors
will open by 8 am. We advise archers to
arrive at least 30 minutes before Assembly.

Fenland Archery Club, Cambridgeshire Archery Association, Whittlesey Town Council, Sir Harry Smith Community College, their agents or servants cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury while competing in or attending this event. Entry to the tournament will constitute acceptance of these conditions.
G.N.A.S. cards must be produced on request.

Conditions of Entry:
1. Payment of entry fee(s) must be made online using TryBooking.
2. Archery GB membership cards must be produced on request at registration.
3. The organiser reserves the right to modify the target lists on the day.
4. This is a non-record status shoot.
5. Archery GB dress regulations will apply (Rule 307)
6. Please ensure the organiser is aware of any special requirements or hearing impairment you may have. Archers who are unable to get to the target are requested, if possible, to arrange for an agent to aid in scoring and arrow collection. If this is not possible, please let the organiser know.
7. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Please note that when you enter competitions run by Fenland Archery Club the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published: First Name, Surname, Gender, Bow style, Year of Birth / Age Grouping, Email, Address, Phone number, Club, County, Region, Round (unless defined by age), Disabled (Y/N), Disability info.
8. In line with the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, anybody wishing to take photographs at this event must register with the Tournament Organiser on arrival and provide proof of identity. No unauthorised photography will be permitted.
9. Liability - Although every reasonable attempt will be made to ensure archers have an enjoyable visit to our venue, Fenland Archery Club, Cambridgeshire Archery Association, Whittlesey Town Council, Sir Harry Smith Community College, their agents or servants cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or injury while competing in or attending this event. Entry to the tournament will constitute acceptance of these conditions. Archery GB insurance cover is in place.
10. Age Groups – 50+ Men, 50+ Women, Men, Women, U18 Men, U18 Women.
11. Animals, other than assistance animals such as guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue. Please let the Tournament Organiser know if an assistance animal will accompany the archer.
12. Soft soled shoes must be worn in the sports hall.
13. Smoking is not allowed in the school and its grounds.
14. Ample parking is available.
