Level 1 - Session Coach - Starting Your Coach Journey


Starting Your Coaching Journey is an on-line workshop delivered over 2 sessions. Attendance at both is required to complete the workshop.


Dates & times:   

Wednesday, 4 October 2023 – 7:00pm-9:00pm (First Session)

Wednesday, 11 October 2023 – 7:00pm-9:00pm (Second Session)


Cost:   £25 


About the module:  This module is the first place to start if you are wanting to become a coach. 

Being a coach is in itself is a learning journey, where we adapt and refine our skills by learning from our experiences. This module identifies simple yet must-have skills for coaches, including how to use reflection and feedback to take action towards improvement

What you need to attend:  You do not need any previous coaching experience to attend this module.  There will be approximately 16 learners in attendance, thereby creating a personalised learning experience and providing opportunities for you to interact with the course deliverer and the rest of the group.

How to attend:  Once payment has been made for your entry fee, you will receive a payment confirmation email with instructions on how to join the online module.
