General Information
In January and February 2025 we will be running a series of focus groups with members to capture feedback and insight into two areas of membership, with the overall aim of reducing the administration burden of membership:
- The ‘customer journey’ for new and renewing members, along with the various membership touch points for clubs throughout the process.
- The whole cost to a member, including the collection of Archery GB, County and Region fees.
If you have any technical difficulties with signing up to any of the sessions please contact the organiser. Spaces on the sessions are limited, if you are unable to make your session please let us know ahead of time so that we can offer the opportunity to others.
