Development Coach – Role of the Development Coach, Developing the Archer in Front of You and Empowering Archery (Part 2)

Role of the Developer Coach:

The session will explain what the role of a development coach is, which modules you need to complete, what work you need to do, and help you understand what is needed to complete the Coach Presentation day.

Developing the Archery in Front of You:

This module focuses on designing a progressive coaching programme tailored to each archer’s individual needs. You’ll learn how to structure sessions that promote consistent development over time, using key planning elements such as goal setting, training principles, mental skills, equipment selection, anatomy, and nutrition. The aim is to help you coach the person in front of you—not just the athlete.

This advanced workshop builds on the foundations of Empowering Archery (Part 1) and is tailored for experienced archers.
