Format:
 - Morning: World Record Status WA 720 Ranking round at 70m recurve, 60m recurve, and 50m compound/barebow. Compound targets will have one 6-ring target face per archer, whilst all other targets will have one 10-ring target face per target.
 - Afternoon: Head to Head matches in each division

If you want to shoot on both days, then need to also enter separately for the Double WA 720 on Sunday 3rd September - here is the entry form.

Timings
 - Equipment inspection: 07:45
 - Last registration: 08:15
 - Assembly: 08:30 followed by 45 minutes official practice

Awards: Trophies will be awarded to first, second and third place only; results will be sent by email and available on Ianseo after the event. Trophies will be given for any of the divisions that have enough competitors (minimum of 4 entrants required for awarding first, second, and third places, otherwise only first place will be awarded at most). Note: there will not be separate H2H matches for 50+ archers or for any U21 archers except for the 60m recurve division, which will have all archers from U18 - U12 competing together.

Age Categories: There are new age catergories for this year; please refer to the Archery GB website for more information about which category is correct for a given archer's year of birth.

Archery GB Compliance: Archery GB Dress Regulations as shown in Rule 307 will apply. The Tournament is open to any archer currently affiliated to AGB.

Miscellaneous:
 - Please state if you have any specific requirements on the entry form.
 - Archers who are unable to collect, pull and/or score arrows should bring a helper with them who can do this for them.
 - Anyone wishing to use video or photographic equipment at this tournament must register prior to the shoot.

Closing Date: 22:00 on 25 August 2023 or when full. Please note that fees cannot be refunded for cancellations made after the closing date.

Tents: Tents are permitted but please do not place tents over the hatched areas.

Food and Drink: Cold food (cakes, pasties, etc) and hot drinks/refreshments will be available for purchase. Hot food will not be provided.

Drug Testing: Record status shoots will be liable for drug testing and any competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry form contains junior entries, the parent or guardian must countersign the form to confirm they consent to their child being tested if approached.

Data Protection / GDPR: By entering the event, you agree that information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems, Archery GB and other competitors. Some information may also be published in documents or lists relating to the event to a schedule decided by the organisers. These include the entrant’s name, gender, bow style, age category, round, disability information, email addresses and/or contact numbers provided, club, county, region and any assigned codes for this information. A Target List will be available a few days before the event and updated as necessary.
