An archery club in Wales has appealed for help after the club's storage facility was destroyed during Storm Darragh.
Cambrian Archers, based in Llanwrtyd Wells Powys, are trying raise £3,500 to replace their storage unit and equipment.
The club not only lost their storage but also vital equipment which they use to deliver community projects including their free junior programmes for local children.
Suzanne Clifton, from the club, said: "We live in a rural area so sport is vital to enhance people's mental health and wellbeing. We were planning to support those in the community who could not access the sport due to lack of funds, but the damage to our storage and equipment has meant that we have had to suspend activities for the foreseeable future.
"We desperately need to replace the old storage unit we had with a sturdier shipping container as we live in a very rural area with high winds and storms."
The club's junior programmes are set to restart in January along with the main club days but this is now on hold. Cambrian Archers not only run a not-for-profit community club, but the club's members also volunteer in the community as much as they can to help with other community events and projects.
The club have asked the archery community to support them in any way they can from donating equipment, to sharing their Just Giving page, or making a donation if you are able to.
