It's Children's Mental Health Week and the charity Place2Be is marking the event with a video message from their Royal Patron, HRH the Duchess of Cambridge, about this year's theme: Express Yourself.
This week is Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week and with schools closed and many parents forced to work from home during the pandemic, families continue to face the challenges of staying mentally and physically positive. Place2Be's Royal Patron Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, has sent a message of support to parents and their children, reminding them to open up about their feelings during this difficult time. The Duchess said that expressing yourself is crucial for mental wellbeing, and encouraged creativity as a means to support this, be it through art, drama, music or photography - whatever it is that makes you feel good.
