Archery GB is the National Governing Body for Archery, based within the beautiful setting of Lilleshall National Sports Centre.
We have created two new administration roles to support us in ensuring our members and clubs receive the best possible value from their interactions with Archery GB, one sits within our Operations Team and the other within the Sports Team.
Job Title: Â Â Â Â Â Â Administration Officer - two part-time positions (three days a week)
Salary Range:   £14k to £15k pro-rota
Location: Â Â Â Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Newport
Membership and Customer Services Officer
You will be the first point of contact for members of our Archery community. Delivering a quality experience for our members and customers is key in this role, seeking to resolve queries efficiently and effectively and ensuring members gain the full value of their membership. Using your high attention to detail you will update and maintain our online membership system and customer databases and apply your organisation and time management skills to ad hoc project work.
Successful candidates will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally gained in a customer service environment, and demonstrate the ability to work well under time pressure while still able to provide excellent customer service.

Participation Administration Officer
To provide administrative and logistical support to the Sports Team. With a focus on our clubs and facilities plan, you will process and maintain club development records and support the management of badges and awards for our archers. You will ensure high quality support for team managers including booking of events, maintaining databases and coordinating the administration for various programmes.
With proven skills in Microsoft Office you will have experience of working in a busy office environment and in managing your own workload. Your effective planning and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple activities, and as a confident communicator you will provide support across different teams. Successful candidates will be team players who can quickly build internal and external relationships; providing excellent customer service and attention to detail on all activities.
