From 11-13 October 2024, Nottingham will play host to the 2024 Run Archery European Cup.

In the historic home of archery, Sherwood Forest, archers and runners from across Europe will come together to compete in the Cup from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October.

Who is this event for?

Long story short... everyone! Even though this is a European Cup, archers and runners of all skill and ability levels will be competing together in a fun, welcoming environment. If you've attended many run archery events, or if this is your first one, this is the event for you. Experience something new, meet some incredible people, create lasting memories, and maybe even come home with a medal!

Run Archery seminar

As an Archery GB member, you are invited to the 2024 European Run Archery Cup seminar delivered by Dominique Ohlmann, Technical Delegate of the Cup. It will include both classroom and practical teaching based around the event so you can find out everything you need to know about organising a tournament or taking up Run Archery.

The seminar is built around three aspects:

1. Learning -
 Competition formats, shooting materials and equipment, setting up the field of play, officials and volunteers, penalties and sanctions.

2. Sharing -
Judging, scoring, spotting, inspecting the field and more.

3. Experience - 
Active roles on the field: Including spotter, race officials, Judge (observer).

The seminar takes place at the 2024 European Run Archery Cup in Sherwood Forest on 11-13 October, working around the competition. So you can participate in both! Sign up at the link below.
