This is a new role to provide leadership to our Welfare and Safeguarding team and enable the consistent and effective management of concerns, complaints and safeguarding issues across our organisation and membership.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in this area of work who have a passion for ensuring the highest of standards are maintained in both customer service and issue resolution. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the legal and policy framework around complaint handling and safeguarding and the ability to manage complexity. With excellent interpersonal skills, they will balance assertiveness with diplomacy to ensure people feel heard and that fair and timely decisions are communicated.
