If you've felt overwhelmed and mentally drained over the past year, you're not alone. As we begin Stress Awareness Month, the Stress Management Society invite you to take part in month-long challenge designed to help improve your mental wellbeing.
April marks the start of Stress Awareness Month. According to the Mental Health Foundation, 74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the past year, that they have felt overwhelmed or unable to cope.
The Stress Management Society is inviting people to take part in their '30 Day Challenge' which aims to help restore general wellbeing. For each day in April, participants are encouraged to pick one action each to benefit their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
It takes 30 days to turn actions into habits, which is why this is a month-long programme. The '30 Day Challenge' will maximise your chances of turning useful knowledge and techniques into positive behavioural change.
