England lockdown: Update from Archery GB

Archery GB will publish full details later today of how we will save our sport from the impact of the second lockdown in England.

As well as lobbying to allow outdoor and field archery to continue we will be providing online support for those not able to shoot over the next four weeks.

We are preparing for a virtual competition for when our members in England can shoot again. Archers in Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland will be able to take part in November where local restrictions allow.

Thank you for being patient with us as we work hard to support our clubs and members and champion the benefits of archery for fitness and mental health. We know our sport can be conducted safely and in a socially distanced way outdoors and we will make sure our voices are heard ahead of the parliamentary vote on Wednesday.
