Read on for an overview of what you're entitled to and how to access the platform.
What is an Assistance Programme?
An Assistance Programme is a confidential service that provides support and guidance with any personal or professional problems that may affect your overall health and wellbeing. As well as a helpline, you’ll have access to an app that contains wellbeing trackers, workouts, recipes, articles, videos, and podcasts, all aimed at boosting mental health and raising awareness of common issues. Relax with a soundscape breathing exercise and guided meditations, or track your sleep and water intake. Perfect not just for improving your archery but also for boosting your overall health.
Who can access it?
Archery GB members, their spouses/partners, and children (aged 16 to 24 in full time education and living in the same household, including those who study away from home during term time) can access the programme.
