UK Anti-Doping's campaign for Clean Sport Week is focusing on getting ready for the Tokyo Games.
Clean Sport Week returns for its fifth year on 24-28 May, promoting clean competition and fair play in the run up this summer's sporting events. With Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022 around the corner, and sport preparing to make its full return in the wake of the pandemic, the theme for UK Anti-Doping's (UKAD) campaign is ‘Ready for the Games'.
Athlete Support Personnel (ASP) Survey
UKAD is currently working with Leeds Beckett University, Kingston University and the University of Birmingham to establish whether different groups of ASP, other than coaches (e.g. medical staff, nutritionists, physiologists), take action every day to support clean sport, the factors that influence daily practices and whether they have any preferences for learning opportunities in the future. This information will then be used to inform the development of future anti-doping initiatives for these ASP in the UK. You can access the survey here.
