Chances are you've tuned in to some of Archery GB's webinars over the last 18 months. In one of our recent presentations, our team created some helpful slides covering our new strategy and plans for 2022, now available to download.
The ‘Club Resources and Support' webinar, held 21 October, showcased the various resources available to support clubs as they grow and develop. It included a presentation, followed by separate discussions for each geographical area, with AGB Regional Development Officers and other club representatives online.
Even if you couldn't attend, you can still benefit from the slides available here and downloadable below. They hold plenty of information across every area of the sport, including useful contacts and signposting to AGB webpages and other helpful sites. We'd love you to share this information with anyone that you think would benefit.
Helen Smedley, Regional Development Officer (Midlands), said: Â"It was great that there were 65 attendees able to join us live on the night, and to split into six breakout rooms for small group discussions. Some groups have decided they will continue meeting for these sorts of discussions in their areas in future. This will hopefully enable more efficient communication, and enable club officials to raise questions of other volunteers, share experiences, and learn from clubs who have already tried certain approaches and ideas.”
The ‘Club Resources and Support' webinar will soon be released on our YouTube channel, where you can also find a collection of our other training webinars.
Keep an eye out for further Archery GB training opportunities this autumn and winter, online and in person. Details will be released soon via our website and social media.
