It can be hard to stay motivated to exercise, especially with Covid's ongoing challenges, which is why Sport England has created a new advert for their This Girl Can campaign, to encourage all women and girls to stay active.
The new This Girl Can video revisits some of the brilliant women who featured in the campaign's Me Again' film launched in January, and introduces new stories from those who are working activity into their lives and routines as a result of the virus. It serves as a reminder of the great efforts being made by many women to look after their health, and as a motivator to those who struggle to get started.

Use the hashtag #ThisGirlCan on your social media and spread the word amongst your friends, family and colleagues to inspire women and girls to keep on moving.
