International Competition Achievements

About Helen

Helen is a Freelance Composer from South East Wales. Her husband bought her a taster day for a 3D field course, from which her archery journey continued.

She is particularly proud of winning the 2024 Worshipful Company of Fletchers Award for the Most Improvement as well as the recurve women's open title. Also last season, she represented Gloucestershire at the National County Teams Championships.

This season, her goals are to represent Great Britain internationally and to keep improving her scores.
