International Competition Achievements

About Martin

Martin is from Ipswich and works in Insurance as a Data Analyst. He was left paralysed as a teenager when he broke his neck in a trampolining accident. Prior to his injury he had competed in trampolining at an international level. It was after his accident when he discovered archery.

He is very proud to have won individual gold in the Men's W1 Open category at the European Para Archery Cup Finals in 2022, as well as silver with teammate Victoria Kingstone in the W1 Mixed Team event. This year, he and Victoria also won mixed team bronze at the European Championships. Going into 2024, he aims to win GB a quota spot for the Paris Paralympic Games.
