Théa from South Wales is studying Sport Coaching and Performance Analysis at Cardiff Metropolitan University. She first got into archery after trying it on a residential trip in primary school. After finding a club, she joined at the age of almost 11 and hasn't stopped shooting since.

Théa is proud to say that 2023 was her best season to date. She competed at this year's National Tour Finals and made the Performance Archery Potential Programme.

She is the Senior Welsh Champion, placed 4th in the National rankings, and won a stage of the National Tour. Looking ahead, she hopes to move up to the Olympic squad, represent GB as a senior, and continue to grow and improve.
