Salary range:   £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Location: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Flexible between home and office in Lilleshall, Shropshire
Archery GB is the national governing body for the sport of archery, providing support, guidance and services to our community of members and promoting the benefits of archery to the nation.
As Membership Services Team Leader, you will lead our small team of Membership Services Officers to provide an excellent support experience to our members, potential members and stakeholders.
In this hands-on role you will ensure the delivery of our membership service standards, responding promptly and effectively to member queries. You will review and develop our processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness and ensure the accuracy of data within our systems, whilst supporting and developing your team to deliver within their roles.
Successful candidates will be passionate about customer service, have highly developed communication skills, and experience in supervising a small team.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems and of working within a membership organisation would be beneficial.
Working flexibly between your home office and our office in Lilleshall, Shropshire, you will need to be a self-starter who has the confidence and skills to build positive relationships with your team and our members. You will have good IT skills (Microsoft Office), demonstrate high attention to detail and be competent in data gathering.
