Job Title:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â National Development Manager
Salary Range:    £30,000-£35,000
Location:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Home based with some travel nationally, including to Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Shropshire
As part of the Participation Team you will support Archery GBÂ by successfully delivering projects and programmes through our regional network of development officers. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and passionate individual who has the drive to support, implement and lead change at every level in the sport from member to NGB achieving our vision of enriching lives through archery.
The successful candidate would also have relevant experience in budget management, collaboration and negotiation skills and the ability to line manage existing staff.
