Archery GB Job Vacancy–Performance Administration Officer

Job Title: Performance Administration Officer (Part time - 25-30 hours a week)

Salary Range: Up to £16,000 (pro rata) dependent on experience

Location: Lilleshall National Sports Centre, Newport

Archery GB is the National Governing Body for Archery, based within the beautiful rural setting of Lilleshall National Sports Centre.

We are looking for a highly efficient and competent administrator to support our Performance team. As Performance Administration Officer you will provide administrative and logistical support to the team. With focus on national travel and accommodation, training camps, facilities and purchasing you will manage bookings, maintain budgets and provide administrative support to our staff, coaches and athletes.

You will ensure high quality support for team managers including booking of events, maintaining databases and supporting the administration of our Performance programmes.

With proven skills in Microsoft Office and Excel you will have experience of working in a busy office environment and in managing your own workload. Your effective planning and time management skills will enable you to manage multiple activities, and as a confident communicator you will provide support across different teams. Successful candidates will be team players who can quickly build internal and external relationships; providing excellent customer service and attention to detail on all activities.
