Job Title: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Performance Pathway Officer (Part time - 21 hours a week)
Salary Range:                  £22-24k (pro rata) dependent on experience
Contract Period: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Fixed term until 31st March 2022 with the intention to extend subject to Sport England funding

Archery GB is the National Governing Body for archery, based within the beautiful rural setting of Lilleshall National Sports Centre in Shropshire.
We are seeking a Performance Pathway Officer to join a small but ambitious team, committed to supporting talented athletes with optimal experiences and environments to allow them to develop and ultimately achieve success at the highest level.
The successful candidate will play a key role in working with athletes, coaches and parents across the England and Northern Ireland Performance Pathways from grassroots through to pre-World Class Programme level, as well as with external stakeholders.
With experience in project management and programme delivery, you will have the ability to balance complex programmes of work within agreed timelines. As Performance Pathway Officer, you will work across multiple Pathway programmes with varied applications including managing projects, delivering events, supporting teams, developing education interventions, research, data analysis and holistic support. Your work will require you to use your initiative, be open-minded and actively explore new ideas.
Successful candidates will be team players who can quickly build internal and external relationships, who are committed to promoting the wellbeing of all team members and who have a strong sense of personal and professional integrity.
This role will require some evening and weekend working to support Pathway activities.
