Salary range:    £22,000 - £26,000
Location:           Home based with some travel to Lilleshall National Sports & Conferencing Centre, Shropshire
As part of the Participation Team you will support Archery GB in the area of project planning and implementation, gathering insight - particularly targeted around understanding our members' motivations, needs and behaviours - and importantly measuring the impact our interventions are having within the sport of archery.
With the passion and ability to lead the analysis and communication of data insights across our business, you will inform, influence and guide our critical programmes towards achieving our strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of participation initiatives across multiple workstreams.
* Developing, implementing and maintaining consistent monitoring and evaluation systems to check progress towards the fulfilment of our strategic ambitions.
* Influencing change and promoting good practice through the presentation of recommendations and proactive insight that guides the way we target, design and shape our approaches to developing, promoting and enhancing archery.
If you have qualifications or relevant experience in project management, strong data analysis skills and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
