We are pleased to announce the release of the Archery GB Annual Report 2023-2024 and Strategy Update, which offers a look at the exciting developments and impactful work undertaken over the past year, plus a look at our priorities moving forward.
The report delves into how our 2021-2026 vision is being brought to life, focusing on key ambitions like the membership review, empowering people, diversity, archer recruitment, digital transformation, and the development of our GB squad.
Read about the streamlining of membership processes, enhancements to the Membership Portal, and the ongoing consultation aimed at better supporting our members and clubs, including the strategies being implemented to revitalise the club network and introduce more people to the rewarding sport of archery.
We’re exceptionally proud of the work being done to support disabled archers, promote neurodiversity, and expand engagement through key partnerships and dedicated programmes.
Archery GB's CEO, Ruth Hall, commented: “As we report on another year in the life of Archery GB and our over 34,000 members, it is an ideal time to reflect on the many achievements made and the many challenges we continue to face in our sport.
“In my role as CEO of Archery GB, I value the opportunity to lead this organisation as we evolve in tandem with an ever-changing, fast-moving, digital world and embrace an era of growth, inclusivity and accountability. […] Change is never easy, but it should be energising and inspiring, especially for the younger generations of archers that we must nurture and develop into custodians of our sport. I therefore ask all of you to join with me on this journey to ensure that archery can continue to enrich lives and break down barriers to entry, participation, and enjoyment for all.”
