Archery GB has launched three new online micro-courses, available to all coaches and instructors through Learning Curve on Sport:80.
These short, accessible courses are designed to support coaches and instructor subscribers to create more welcoming, inclusive, and supportive archery environments.
The first course, An Introduction to Hidden Disabilities, looks at the experiences of people with non-visible disabilities such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and long-term health conditions. It focuses on recognising and overcoming barriers, understanding individual needs, and making small changes that help everyone feel more comfortable and included.
Mental Health Awareness in Archery encourages a better understanding of mental wellbeing within our sport. It explores common challenges archers may face, how to spot when someone might need support, and how clubs and individuals can create a more open, supportive environment.

The third course, Coaching Older Archers, focuses on supporting people to stay active and enjoy archery as they get older. It highlights physical, mental, and social considerations, offering practical ideas to help older archers feel confident, valued, and stay in the sport for longer.
Each micro-course is designed to be flexible and easy to complete, making them ideal for ongoing learning alongside coaching or instructing at activity centres or clubs. Together, they reflect Archery GB's commitment to enriching lives through archery.
Members can access all three courses now via Learning Curve on Sport:80. A reminder for how instructor subscribers can access Learning Curve can be found here.
