2020 is going to be a busy year, do you want to be a part of it with the January Challenge?
This year once again, Archery GB is running a postal shoot for individual archers. You should simply submit your best score for a Portsmouth round that you have shot in January.
This is actually the seventeenth time the Challenge is being run. We started it in 2004 as something that every club member could take part in, and we have steadily increased the number of entrants from a start of around 200 - until, a couple of years ago, we suddenly leapt up to over 1,000. Last year, we had over 2,300 scores. But there are still plenty of archers out there. Juniors can enter but will be counted alongside adults (often they do, and, of course, beat them); if provided, their age will be shown in the results. AFB should be included in Â"Recurve Barebows” but will be marked as AFB if we are told.
A small trophy will be awarded to each section winner.
