Are you ready to take your archery skills to the next level? Join us for an exciting Junior Archery Coaching day at the state-of-the-art Performance Archery Centre at Lilleshall National Sports Centre!
This event is designed to help young archers develop and enhance their technique while boosting their confidence. The camp is being run by Archery GB’s very own Lloyd Brown.

Cost: £60 per learner/per day
Entry Requirements: Attendees must be aged between 12-18 to register.
What to Expect:
- Technical skills mastery: Learn the essential technical skills of shooting from our expert coaches, including the renowned Lloyd Brown. With over 35 years of experience, Lloyd is Archery GB’s Coach Development Manager and has coached at multiple World Championships and Olympic Games.
- Technique evaluation: Receive a thorough evaluation of your current technique to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Lloyd Brown’s keen eye for detail will help you refine your form and accuracy.
- Effective learning strategies: Discover how to learn efficiently and effectively, making the most of your practice sessions. Lloyd’s proven methods will ensure you progress quickly and confidently.
- Feedback utilisation: Understand how to use feedback to continuously improve and refine your skills. Learn how to turn constructive criticism into actionable steps for success.
- Supportive and complimentary activities: It’s not all about shooting arrows! We’ll explore how activities away from the bow, such as physical preparedness and mental focus, can impact your performance on the range.
Camp Details:
- Duration: The camp spans five days, and you can choose to attend as many days as you like.
- Limited spaces: Spaces are limited to ensure personalised attention and quality coaching, so be sure to secure your spot early!
- Qualified coaches: All our coaches are licensed and have undergone appropriate safeguarding and vetting checks to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Fun and engaging environment: Our camps are designed to be fun and engaging, with a mix of archery practice, games, and team-building activities. You’ll make new friends, enjoy friendly competitions, and have a blast while improving your skills.
- Food: Food is not included so archers need to bring a packed lunch.
- Parents/guardians: We ask that parents/guardians drop off their children and collect them at the end of the session
