The GB team going to the European Championships in Germany this May has been announced.
The 2024 European Championships will once again be held in Germany, this time in Essen, from 7-12 May. The competition brings together the best recurve and compound archers from across Europe to compete for the coveted titles. It’s been two years since the last edition of this event, and we have some new and familiar faces who will be shooting for Great Britain.

Rikki Bingham, the Olympic Performance Manager, said: “After a tough and highly competitive selection process, we are really excited to have a team with a great blend of experience alongside new, young athletes who have come through our Pathway Programmes. We have a great opportunity at the Europeans to build on what we achieved last week at the Spring Arrows Tournament and compete for the Olympic quota places available there.”
