Tom Barber made it to within a hair's breadth of winning recurve bronze at the invitation-only Conquest Cup competition in Turkey.
He beat Erdem Sucu 6-4, Colombia's Daniel Felipe Pineda Osorio and Turkey's Mete Gazoz in shoot-offs before losing to Italy's Mauro Nespoli. The battle for bronze was against Hendrikus Van Tongeren. Again, it went to a shoot-off but the Dutchman edged it.
Fellow recurver Eleanor Piper beat Argentina's Gisela Eliana Yubrin 7-1 but lost a shoot-off against China's Long Xiaqing.
Compounder Stuart Taylor beat Sezer Capkin 145-142 but lost 145-147 to Russian Anton Bulaev and Lucy O'Sullvan fell to Ermine Rabia Oguz.
