Archery GB are pleased to announce the team for the World Championships to be held in Mexico City between 16 - 22 October 2017.
The team listed below had excellent preparation and a strong performance at the recent Archery World Cup Stage 4 in Berlin. The recurve women's team of Folkard, Pitman & Bettles were disappointed to lose out on the bronze medal after some big wins on the way to the finals, while O'Sullivan and Mason were part of the compound women's team take the silver medal in a thrilling final against the USA.
David Tillotson Director of Sport said, Â"We are extremely excited at the potential of this squad. Four members of this team (Pitman, Wise, Ralls & L Mason) are representing us at both the World Youth Championships Argentina, October 2 - 9 and then moving onto the World Championships in Mexico. The team will be expecting to be competing for medals at the World Championships.”
