Aim for Paris Toolkit

The Aim for Paris Toolkit offers all the promotional material and advice you need to help make your event a Games-sized success!

Archery GB has created a Toolkit to help you advertise your Aim for Paris events. You can download as many or as few of the files as you like - they're there to help you run the best event you can. We'll be adding Welsh versions of the posters over the next couple of weeks, so please check back.

All of these can be found in the Resources section of this page (top right), or can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.

Toolkit

  1. Participant form - All clubs and partners should make sure that each participant (or group of) at their event fills out a copy of this form. This will allow you and us to track how many people are attending, and send them more information if they'd like it. They might also win a prize! There's two forms to an A4 page, so you get twice as many for your print. Make sure you have plenty at your event - you don't want to run out! Available as Word and PDF files

  2. Coming soon - Editable event poster - This poster is available for you to download, add your details and then print or share online. Available in A3, A4 and A5 as Word and PDF files

  3. Competition QR code poster - This poster is for you to print out and put up at your event to encourage participants to sign up to hear from Archery GB about archery and all the great work our clubs and partners are doing. They can win two places on a local beginner's course, too! Available as a PDF file

  4. Event preparation checklist - A comprehensive checklist to help you plan your event, including things you might need to think about before, during and after the event. Available as a PDF file

  5. Marketing checklist A checklist to help you make sure you've done everything you can to publicise your event, from splashing it across social media, to putting up posters around your local area. Available as a PDF file

  6. Coming soon - Social media images - 3 different social media images have been created for you to download and use on your social channels to help promote your event. They can also be added to your website. Available as JPG files

  7. Suggested social media captions - We've created a few different social media captions to help maximise the impact of your event - just don't forget to delete [details] and add your own! We'll be tracking the #AimforParis hashtag throughout the summer and sharing as many as we can. Available as a PDF file

  8. Event theme suggestions - We've included a list of suggestions for the ways you could show off archery's link with the Paris 2024 Games at your event. There's no requirement to do so, it's just a suggestion to help make your event stand out. Available as a PDF file
