Carlene is from Lichfield, Staffordshire, and she served in the British Army in the Royal Military Police. She first got into archery after a recreational session at a SSAFA Armed Forces family week in Devon.
She is very proud of her progression at her first international competition in Dubai at the Fazza Championships, and for most recently making selection onto the world class programme.
Looking ahead this season, she hopes to progress as far as possible and to once again represent her country.
