Having endured difficult Covid restrictions over the Christmas period, the nation is now heading towards further challenges as we enter the new year. To help the public cope with the mental health impact of the pandemic, which has already been overwhelming for so many, the UK mental health sports charity Sport in Mind has joined forces with RED January, a national initiative that aims to get people active every day in January for their mental wellbeing, supported by Sport England and the Active Partnership Network.
The message is simple: let's kick start 2021 in a positive way by joining @redjanuaryuk and keeping active every day in January for the benefit of your #MentalHealth, while raising funds for RED January's official charity partner, @sportinmind
