Mental health charity Mind launches campaign to raise awareness of the importance of a healthy attitude to physical activity.
Sport and physical activity are great for overall mental health, but anyone can develop an unhealthy relationship with exercise. This can take on various forms, such as feelings of guilt when unable to exercise, changes in personality, and over-exercising which can lead to regular injuries.
As part of their Developing a healthy relationship with physical activity' campaign in January and February, Mind worked with experts to create resources and blogs to raise awareness of the importance of a balanced relationship with physical activity.
