About Ajay

Ajay grew up and lives in Kent where he is also studying at the University of Kent. When he was 11, his dad took him to a reenactment at a medieval castle where he did a have-a-go with a longbow. The 20-year-old compound archer has transitioned from the junior squad and is making his debut on the senior squad.

In 2023, he won a bronze mixed team medal alongside Patience Wood at the World Youth Championships in Limerick, Ireland. He also came second at his first appearance at the National Tour Finals, and became the 2023 National Indoor Champion. So far this season, he won a silver individual medal at the Conquest Cup world ranking event in Istanbul.
