As a benefit to being an AAP, you can access discounted Instructor Subscription fees, which includes the new online instructor competency check.
• 1-5 Instructors: £25 per instructor (approximately 16.67% discount)
• Over 5 Instructors: £20 per instructor (approximately 33.33% discount)
The annual online competency check is a key feature of the Archery GB Instructor Subscription, designed to ensure that instructors maintain the highest standards of knowledge and skills.
While it does not provide feedback, the check can highlight areas where your staff may need further development. You can then address these areas through the eLearning courses that are part of the subscription via Learning Curve, our CPD platform. This continuous learning supports your employees growth as instructors and helps you to continually improve the quality of your sessions.
When participants and their guardians know that your staff undergo regular competency checks, it builds trust in your team's abilities and the quality of their instruction. This trust is essential for fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Click the button to sign in to Sport:80 then click on Learning Curve to access the competency check.
