We had to postpone our Annual General Meeting (AGM) planned for Saturday 18 April 2020 in Birmingham due to the lockdown in place at the time. Under our Articles of Association, we must hold an AGM within 15 months of the date of the last AGM, which took place on 13 April 2019. We have therefore chosen Saturday 11 July 2020 as the date for reconvening this year's AGM which will take place at 11.00am.
