Bear Grylls Adventure at the NEC in Birmingham has everything you need for a wild afternoon out: high ropes, indoor sky diving, axe throwing and climbing, just to name a few. Archery has always been a part of that and now it also has 10 fully trained AGB instructors.

Ahead of the International Blind Sport Federation World Games in Birmingham at the end of the month, Sue Habgood from Blind Veterans UK Brighton explains what it means to volunteer as a spotter for VI archers.

We caught up with Helen Brown and Julie Wood, two of AGB newest volunteers, fresh from volunteering at the Youth Festival, who talked about how rewarding being a part of it was.
