Once a taboo subject in our society, discussions of the menopause have historically been kept behind closed doors, but not anymore. Vic Williams, Archery GB’s Regional Development Officer for Wales, shares her tips on how to shoot through the menopause.

The season came to a grand finale with Ella Gibson and Bryony Pitman competing in the Hyundai Archery World Cup Final in Tlaxcala, Mexico.

The 2022 Summer Metrics, which ran from July to August, are over for another year. The results have been tallied, the scores verified and it’s time to announce the winners.

A summer of World and European records being broken!

A second pilot of a new discipline for the UK, Run Archery - a shooting format connecting archery with running – was delivered in September at Redhill Archers, Birmingham.

The GB athletes are bringing home their fair share of individual medals from the World Archery Field Championships.

"I was emotionally shutting down to the point that I didn’t feel like me anymore. Winning gold at the Paralympics didn’t change that."

The 2022 Recognition Awards were held at Lilleshall on Saturday 24 September, an event dedicated to celebrating the individuals and organisations that make our sport so special.
